Beyond the Iron Sky

I just returned from Älymystö gig in Tampere, and now I’m listening to the soothing dark jazz of Bohren & Der Club of Gore.

Tomorrow I’m leaving Finland to go over to South by Southwest festival in Austin, Texas. As some of you might remember, I was hoping to get a speech slot from there, and I think I was pretty far down the road to get one, but then something happened and I didn’t. But I decided that it won’t ruin my plans, I’ll go there anyway, and my plain and simple goal is to meet people, introduce Iron Sky, Star Wreck Studios and Star Wreck to the world outside Europe, and SXSW is a good place to start, I figured.

I’ll be blogging about stuff I see over there, so stay tuned. And if you happen to be around, or know somebody who is, and would like to meet, drop me an email. My schedule isn’t too tight, I can fit a meeting - just drop me an email to timo.vuorensola@starwreck.com!
