Exceed the needed average of 2 episodes day –
watch one full season of any series one day a week, keep the other days free.

26 episodes per season times an average run time of ~42 minutes per episode (which still includes credits): 9 hours when watched at a reasonably slow speed of 2x (since you’re watching them for the first time).

Of course , if you concentrate and rely more on the subtitles than the audio, 3x to 4x speed is quite doable.
