Today, we finished the long work on Iron Sky‘s storyboard. Well, the storyboards will live on and change according to possible changes, but at least for now we’re done with them. We spent the last couple of days fretting about the shot orders, while our assistant director was working on the schedules. We managed to fit everything we need quite nicely to the approximately 20 shootings days we’re going to film in Frankfurt, and I feel one step more prepared. Of course, there’s a lot of things to be done before the shootings, but at least we know where to put the camera when we arrive to the set. One of my major concerns right now is that we’re still missing one quite an important role, when suddenly the planets re-aligned themselves and an actress we were hoping to be working with wasn’t available (no, not Julia – but someone else. Relax. Take a deep breath. She’s still there. :).
But we have casting going on full steam, and we’ll find her, I’m certain!
It’s just that the clock keeps ticking… tick, tock, tick, tock, TICK, TOCK.
You know the drill.
