The Flying discs attack! Learn how to defend yourself with the Iron Sky Frisbee.

April 27th, 2011 by pollula

The flying discs are here! And they have come for sun, beaches and bikini-clad ladies! The Iron Sky flying disc is a frisbee with Walkür print on top. It’s perfect for playing catch with your dog (remember to yell “schweinhund!” every time the mutt catches the disc!) and all the other disc sports. Also fun to just throw around with your mates. Order yours from our Store!

  1. Schweinehund! says:

    Hey guys,

the german swear word you should use calling your dog is “Schweinehund”. not “schweinhund”, which is totally senseless. :D

  2. Jaap says:

Yepz, but I’m already glad that even far up in the north they know this meisterwerke of swearing.

Btw, I’m not German, I’m Dutch, but almost all Dutch know ‘schweinehund’, we just never stumbled upon one anywhere, anyhow. ;) (and that’s why it’s a great swearing word, you pick an annoying person, call him/her a ‘schweinehund’ and you got one standing right in front of you. Easy peasy, isn’t it? :D )

Und jetzt eine flugscheibe bestellen, schweinehunden! :D :) (yes, that’s plural)

  3. Agent J says:

“Und jetzt eine Flugscheibe bestellen – Ihr Schweinehunde/ Käsefresser!”
    THATS Plural!

    *Kopfschüttel*

  4. TheMikaelT says:

Soooo, the frisbees are only thru your webstore? Do you have actual store anymore? Like the one in Aleksis Kiven Katu was?

  5. Jaap says:

    @Agent J:
Ich liebe Käse! Vielen dank! :P

*Sigh*, I should go learn German… (provided you go learn Dutch :P)

  6. Of course we know it. All the important things were taught to finnish boys from the 70′s to the 90′s by “Korkeajännitys” comic book. It was mostly translated wwii stories from British Commando comic. There’s even the expression “korkkarisaksa” to note the language one could learn, in essence:
    “Schweinhund”
    “Gott im Himmel”
    “Donnerwetter”
    and
    “Aaaaaaaargh”

  7. TheMikaelIT: No more brick&mortar store anymore. We needed the space for the CGI team. Maybe we could find a space when the film comes out, because shops are cool. Meanwhile, it’s online store only.
