Let’s invade the Museums of Modern Art

April 28th, 2011 by pollula

Helsinki Art Museum contacted us because they want to reinvent the whole museum experience and what would be the better way to do that than building Iron Sky exhibition in collaboration with the fans of Iron Sky!

What should we do except showing concept art and movie props or costumes? The show needs to be epic and together we can achieve it!

If we succeed, the Iron Sky exhibition will see the light of day in 2012. Our common goal should be an exhibition that shakes the art world and starts a life on it’s own.

    Some Black Sun ideas

A full model scene of the Nazi moon base would be a great start. Having not just costume props from the movie but have actors wearing them as well making it an interactive show. have a showing with the chancfe to have people/fans/guests edited on as green screen and being placed somewhere on the moon or in a movie scene either on a short video clip or a movie still. making them a part of the Iron Sky Experiance.

What about a giant moon model with the new nazi capitol on it? surrounded by, like Ron said, models (yeah green scenes would be awesome…) and a sign which says: “History Circles – See Past and Future” (okay some kind of cynic but funny^^).
