Assembly, day 2!

August 2nd, 2008 by Timo Vuorensola

Long days turn to long nights here at Assembly’08. I’m at the Iron Sky stand/lounge on a nachtshift, and little after 3:30 it’s starting really to slow down. There are still people wandering around, chatter and laughter ringing from everywhere, but most definitively the slow hours are here. It’s been pretty rough day, and there’s still some five hours to go, but at least for now we’re standing tall!

Pekka has been fighting the whole evening with some serious technical problems while editing with FinalCut, but we finally got the next episode of Energia Dailies online, so here we go!

Energia Dailies are BACK with SEASON 3!

Ok, here we go again! Shot & edited by the glorious Pekka, and featuring almost every f00ker from Energia + shitload of other faces, cominatcha 160MPH from Helsinki, Finland! These episodes will be also aired from Assembly TV. Energia Dailies, season 3 will run for four days total (Thursday-Sunday), so stay 2ned!

Wrecking Cannes 9 – The End

May 23rd, 2008 by Timo Vuorensola

So, this is the final episode of the team from Cannes. We are next returning back to Finland, and back to make the film!

I’d like to take a moment to specially thank Pekka Ollula, who we naturally forgot to thank while he was in front of us behind the camera, a real nice touch Timo way to go (sorry for that Pekka). Pekka shot all of the episodes of the dailies, and also vigorously edited each one of them! All hail Pekka, he did an unbelieveable job.

Oh, and let’s also not forget another important figure here, AJ Annila, who was with us almost all the time! All hail AJ!

Last, but not least, I think one of our viewers from YouTube pretty well summed up everything, saying: “you’re all really irritating stupid twats, none of you are funny, your film idea sounds shit.”

Great closing words! Now, we’re off to make the film, see you soon!

One day, we’ll meet again, under the Iron Sky!
